Stan and Sherry Carter, of Spirit Cove Properties, LLC, are a husband and wife team who have
long dreamed of developing a small mountain community in which they themselves would live.

In 2003, this dream took off when they found and immediately fell in love with the "Land" now known as Spirit Cove.
They consider this land a precious gift and think of themselves as caretakers.

building. Both have an appreciation for and desire to protect the natural beauty and environment of the Southern
