Spirit Cove Covenants and Restrictions further the vision for Spirit Cove to protect the environment; provide for quite residential enjoyment and protection of property values; to provide gathering areas for social activities; to be safe; and to be good neighbors within the larger community.

The Spirit Cove Conservation Area is the first Native Plant Habitat certified in Cherokee County by the North Carolina Native Plant Society

Thirty-four percent of Spirit Cove is being held for conservation purposes, in perpetuity. Lot owners and their guests have conditional use of the 8.5 acres of Lake Lot and Preserve.
